📘 CDL Permit Practice App – Terms of Use

This Terms of Use supplement applies specifically to the CDL Permit Practice App developed and distributed by Potential Development Association (PDA).

1. Educational Purpose

This app is designed strictly for CDL learners to practice U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) permit questions in a structured and supportive environment. The app includes sample questions, explanations, references, and time-limited quizzes.

2. Free Trial

Each new user is granted three (3) free full practice sessions. No credit card is required during the trial. After completing the free quota, full access requires a subscription.

3. Subscription & Pricing

To continue practicing after the trial:

• Subscription Fee: $34.95 USD

• Duration: 30 calendar days from the moment of activation

• Renewal: Manual renewal only (no auto-billing)

• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including early cancellations or partial use

Invite codes may be issued to selected students for complimentary 30-day access. These are valid only once and cannot be reused.

4. Session & Usage Restrictions

• Each quiz session includes 20 random questions and must be completed within 30 minutes.

• The system automatically tracks attempts and usage limits.

• After 5 unauthorized screenshots, the app will forcibly close to prevent content theft.

5. Intellectual Property

All question content, user interface, and explanations are protected intellectual property of PDA and J&S Reliance Driving School.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, screen recording, or distributing the content.

6. Platform and Device Access

The CDL Permit Practice App is available on:

• iOS (Apple App Store)

• Android (Google Play Store)

• Web (accessible via PDA website or authorized partners)

Access is device-bound per session. Each Apple ID or verified phone number can activate only one session at a time.

7. Data & Privacy

This app collects only login credentials (Apple ID or phone number) for access verification.
No behavioral data, analytics, or personal identifiers are shared externally. Students may request data removal by contacting teams@pdaus.org.

8. External Links & Notices

The app may contain links to driving schools, legal services, or educational resources.
Upon tapping such links, users are shown a confirmation notice before redirecting to a third-party site. PDA does not collect or transmit any user data externally.
