For Potential Development Association (PDA)
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all digital services, applications, and websites developed or maintained by Potential Development Association (PDA), whether released through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web-based platforms.
Each individual app may include a specific Terms of Use supplement, accessible via a dedicated link from this main policy.
2. App Usage Policy
PDA software is developed solely for educational purposes. Users agree not to reproduce, modify, screen-record, screenshot, extract, or distribute app content without explicit written permission.
All interface designs, practice questions, teaching content, and branding elements are intellectual property of PDA and any listed partners. Unauthorized use may lead to permanent account suspension or legal enforcement.
3. Data Privacy
PDA does not collect or analyze unnecessary personal data. Information collected (such as Apple ID or phone number) is used exclusively to verify access.
We do not share or sell user data. Users may request anonymization or deletion of personal usage records by contacting us.
4. Payment & Subscription Policy
Each PDA application may include trial sessions, subscription fees, or access limitations based on the app’s educational structure.
Pricing, subscription durations, refund terms, and usage caps vary per app and are detailed in the App-Specific Terms of Use linked below.
5. Institutional & Child Use
All PDA software is designed for users aged 16 or older. Institutional, commercial, or enterprise-level use (e.g., schools, employers) must receive prior written authorization.
6. External Links & Third-Party Sites
PDA apps may contain external links (e.g., driving schools, job platforms). We do not transmit user data to external parties and are not liable for third-party content.
