1. Overview
This application (“the App”) is developed and maintained by **Potential Development Association (PDA)**, a nonprofit educational organization. CDL training materials are provided in partnership with **J&S Reliance Driving School**.
The App is designed for educational use only, to help users prepare for the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) permit exam.

2. Disclaimer
The questions, explanations, and reference materials in the App are for study and self-assessment only. They do **not** represent official DMV exam content.
- The App is not a substitute for official DMV study materials.
- It is for supplemental, personal learning only.
- PDA and J&S Reliance Driving School are **not liable** for exam results or licensing decisions.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. 

**If you do not agree, please do not use the App.**

4. Intellectual Property
All App content—questions, design, branding, UI, and instructional logic—is the property of **PDA**.
CDL curriculum content remains the academic property of **J&S Reliance Driving School** (used under partnership).  
**No copying, reproduction, or redistribution is allowed.**

5. Pricing and Updates
This App is **free** during launch. PDA reserves the right to introduce premium features, subscriptions, or paid content in future releases.

6. Screenshot & Usage Restrictions
- **Within any 10-minute window:**  
  Up to **5 screenshots** allowed. Exceeding this will **lock your session** and exit the app.
- **Within any 24-hour window:**  
  Up to **20 screenshots** allowed. Exceeding this will **lock your Apple ID for 3 days**.
- **If an Apple ID is locked for screenshot abuse 5+ times:**  
  That ID is **permanently suspended**.
- **After a lock:**  
  - Session lock: log in again to reset the counter.
  - Apple ID lock: see the “Screenshot Lock” screen. After 3 days (if fewer than 5 total locks), access is restored. Otherwise, contact PDA.
- **No refunds during lock periods.**
All question content is for personal study only.  
**Any commercial reuse or data scraping is strictly forbidden.**

7. Free Trial & Subscription Policy
- Each user gets **three free quiz attempts**.
- After the trial, upgrade is required to access more quizzes.
- Purchase unlocks all subjects.
- Invitation codes from partners may grant extra access.
- **Refunds:** All payments are final.

8. Language and Localization
- App supports English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Russian.
- Terms are shown in your chosen language.
- **In case of dispute, the English version prevails.**

9. Privacy and Data Usage
- No personally identifiable data is collected unless you provide it (e.g., phone number login).
- Wrong answer records are stored securely in Firebase, used only for review.
- Data is never shared with third parties.
- You may request deletion/anonymization by contacting support.

11. Advertisement Disclaimer
Ads, job postings, and promotions in the App are **for information only**.  
PDA does not guarantee their accuracy or legitimacy.  
Users should independently evaluate and contact advertisers or recruiters.
