For Potential Development Association (PDA)

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all digital services, mobile applications, and websites developed or maintained by Potential Development Association (PDA), whether released through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any web-based platform.

Each individual app or service may include a specific Terms of Use supplement, accessible via a dedicated link from this main policy.

2. App Usage Policy

PDA software is developed exclusively for educational and nonprofit purposes.
Users agree not to reproduce, modify, screen-record, screenshot, extract, scrape, or distribute any app content, materials, or design elements without explicit written permission from PDA.

All interface designs, practice questions, teaching content, source code, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of PDA and any listed partners. Unauthorized use may lead to permanent account suspension, access restriction, or legal enforcement.

3. Data Privacy

PDA does not collect, analyze, or sell unnecessary personal data. Information collected (such as Apple ID, phone number, or email address) is used solely for login, access verification, or user support.

We do not share or sell user data with any third parties.
All user progress, quiz records, or app usage data are either stored locally on the user’s device or, if cloud storage is enabled, securely in Firebase/Firestore or other compliant platforms, strictly for educational progress tracking.
Users may request anonymization or deletion of their personal usage records at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below).
Data deletion requests will be processed in a timely manner, subject to applicable legal requirements.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or anonymize their personal information held by PDA.
Requests may be submitted via email or using in-app tools (where available).
Uninstalling the app will delete all local data; for server-side deletion, please contact PDA.
PDA does not require or collect users’ real names or other personally identifiable information beyond your login method (such as Apple ID or phone number). To request deletion of your cloud-stored usage records, please provide your login account information. If you cannot provide sufficient account information, we may not be able to locate or delete your records.

5. Payment & Subscription Policy

Each PDA application may include trial sessions, subscription fees, one-time purchases, or access limitations based on the app’s educational structure.

Pricing, subscription durations, refund terms, and usage caps may vary per app and are detailed in each App-Specific Terms of Use (see “Sub-App Terms Directory” below).
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the relevant App-Specific Terms.

6. Institutional & Child Use

All PDA software and content are designed for users aged 16 years or older.
Institutional, commercial, or enterprise-level use (e.g., by schools, employers, or organizations) requires prior written authorization from PDA.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the app by minors.

7. External Links & Third-Party Sites

PDA apps and websites may contain links to third-party services, organizations, or external resources (e.g., driving schools, job platforms, reference sites).

PDA does not transmit user data to external parties.
PDA is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, security, or content of any third-party sites.
Before redirecting, users will be shown a confirmation message when navigating to a third-party site.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

All information, materials, and tools provided by PDA are for educational and informational purposes only.
PDA makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
PDA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the actions of third parties.
Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

9. Policy Changes & Updates

This policy may be updated or revised from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

The latest version will always be available on our website and within supported apps.
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of PDA services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law & Language

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, unless local law requires otherwise.
In the event of any discrepancies or conflicts between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
